To this end, Sinopec has specially formulated the “Administrative Regulations on Strengthening the Corrosion Inspection of Refining Units” and the “Administrative Regulations on Thickness Measurement of Equipment and Pipelines for Highly Sparse and High-Acid Crude Oil Units” requiring regular thickness measurement of Shangye pipelines at fixed points. Most pipelines are in an insulated state, and fixed-point thickness measurement requires regular removal and restoration of the original insulation. This requires the development of a new insulation device that is easy to disassemble and assemble. 1. Good temperature resistance: The outer layer of the product is made of inorganic fiberglass material, which does not absorb water. The inner layer is made of composite silicate and aluminum silicate, which has good heat preservation. It can be used for a long time between d80-1000℃. No deformation.
